Protecting from Burnout, Prioritizing Wellness- 2 Part Series

Burnout is a very real problem that many business owners are dealing with; both for themselves as the ones dealing with all aspects of the business and their employees. As we all navigated Covid-19, the opportunity to recognize our own capacity became prevalent.
This is the first of a 2-part series. You must be available for both dates to register. Thursday August 19th at 12pm-1:30pm and Thursday August 26th at 12pm-1:30pm.
In this 2 part series, will walk participants through how to recognize their own stressors & create a plan to support themselves when they are triggered. Participants will be able to define boundaries & recognize the importance they have on our well being. Participants will examine their daily practices & mindfully integrate some small things in their lives to support well being. This workshop will be facilitated by Jenn Cusick from Luminate Wellness. Over 25 years experience working in community mental health. In 2015 she started her own business called Luminate Wellness, which offers trainings and workshops. Jenn leads workshops on: self-determination, self-nourishment & preventing burnout, and self-compassion. Recently she completed writing a mental health peer support training curriculum for the BC Ministry of Mental Health.
